For the obtaining and processing of the Holiday License. We help you with all the formalities and offer you advice based on your preferences and needs, taking as a reference the applicable laws in Andalusia.


Creating personalized advertisements
For each tourist accommodation. We create the perfect ad based on the characteristics of your property, the environment and our ideal client. We work with the best booking portals, focusing on the important ones and the ones that really work. Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo...
Price management and strategies per platform
In this respect, strategies are dynamic and change according to the time of the year to adapt to the actual moment. Advertisements are revised and updated according to market demand. We create ads that are alive, that grow and adapt to demand.


Communication with guests
We take care of the communication prior to the guest's check-in to help them organise their trip. In addition, after each check out we collect customer reviews, in order to generate a quality ranking and ensure that your next guests have feedback from previous tenants, which is always a great help when deciding on one holiday destination over another.

Transparency is essential and even more so when we refer to your home, for this reason, from the owner's portal, you can see the information of your reservations and know the performance of your home.

To rent a holiday home in Andalusia, the main requirement is the Holiday Licence, both for flats and rural houses. In addition, you must register as a guest with the Police or Guardia Civil. At Lovely Home we will help and advise you through the whole process.
Lovely Home manages housing throughout Andalusia. The management is done online and through the email info@lovelyhome.es
Yes, you can block dates for your enjoyment. There are two ways to do this. On the one hand, you can block your dates via email, by writing to clientes@lovelyhome.es. Alternatively, you can make the block yourself from your owner’s portal. In both cases it is important that you do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid overlapping bookings.
Advertisements are created with the ideal guest in mind. We select the platforms according to the owner’s situation and preferences and provide individual advice.
The owner receives the payment through external booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking to Lovely Home. Lovely Home, for its part, prepares an invoice for the services rendered + VAT which it sends to the clients.
From our experience and for the owners’ peace of mind, we recommend taking out specific insurance for holiday homes. In addition, the booking platforms we work with have insurance for damage and theft, in order to ensure that you are backed up against possible mishaps.
As stated in the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security, it is compulsory to register all travellers over 14 years of age in what is known as the Register of Guests. In this sense, all owners are obliged to communicate the details of all guests over 14 years of age that they rent out, through the telematic sending of the travellers’ entry forms. We will help and advise you on the best way to do this.
